About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Solution Consultant to join our team at TenderEasy AB. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our solutions portfolio for clients, providing professional and content-based advice and management of the customer regarding logistics processes and sequences in relation to our software solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather client requirements, provide advice and propose integrated solutions to optimize their logistics processes.
  • Analyze existing logistics processes of the customer and advise on potential areas for improvement in combination with our TMS product.
  • Provide consultation on the range of our TMS products and innovations, and develop a solution proposition for the customer.
  • Autonomously create cost estimations and specifications in coordination with our customers and the project manager.
  • Facilitate and lead customer workshops to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.
  • Train our clients on the use and configuration of our TMS solutions (on-site or remote).
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure on-time delivery of the project.

Requirements

  • Understanding of or affinity with IT and software solutions.
  • Very good technical experience with interfaces and/or software solutions.
  • SQL, Database or JAVA background knowledge.
  • Professional customer communication on technical level.
  • Logistics know-how beneficial but not absolutely necessary.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to engage and build trustful relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with an agile mindset and team-working abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English. Any other European language will be a plus.
  • Understanding of implementation projects.
