Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled German Speaking Account Manager to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  2. Account Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  3. Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Language Skills: Native level German and fluent English.
  2. Additional Language Skills: One of the following languages: French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Spanish, Polish, Norwegian, Romanian, Slovak, Czech, Finnish, Greek, Portuguese or Danish.
  3. Education: Educated to degree level.
  4. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Barcelona for this office-based role.
