Senior Accountant Job Description

At Immfly, we're revolutionizing the airline industry with cutting-edge digital solutions. As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting and compliance, while providing strategic support to our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and improve our accounting and financial processes and tools
  • Manage financial records, lead bookkeeping, and prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements
  • Prepare annual reports under Spanish GAAP and IFRS
  • Manage and improve internal and external financial reporting
  • Account for inventory management, Capex, and transfer price policies
  • Optimize tax processes, including compliance with local and international tax regulations
  • Drive system automation and procedures within accounting and finance
  • Lead complex accounting matters impacting financial performance
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting in a multinational environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economic and Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • Experience with Financial Close and exposure to Auditors
  • Experience with tax, especially accounting and financial reporting implications
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, SAP, databases, and ERP
  • Good knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish (oral/written)
