Key Responsibilities

As a Production Leader at MICHELIN, you will be responsible for achieving Business Unit SMQDC expected performance levels and respecting standards to satisfy customer demand.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achieve Business Unit SMQDC expected performance levels and respect of standards to satisfy customer demand
  • Ensure the proper level of mastery, as required for the team, of operational standards (MOS..) and MMW foundations
  • The team and its members are empowered and visibly committed. Autonomy increases through the evolution of polyvalence, competencies and responsibility
  • Progress is achieved through mastery of the progress approach tools and adapted management behavior

Leadership and Team Management:

As a Production Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production staff. This includes empowering team members, increasing autonomy, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence:

You will be responsible for ensuring the proper level of mastery of operational standards and MMW foundations within the team. This includes implementing and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
