About the Role

AVL Software and Functions GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Software Project Leader to join our team in Valladolid, Spain. As a Software Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and production phase of hybrid vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pilot the Quality, Cost, and Timing of the Engine Management Software: Follow its development plan, control the activities of implementation of new functions by the supplier (also cost-wise). Manage the deliverables on-time for the vehicle development project to use.
  2. Follow project timing and deliver software revisions to specific milestones.
Requirements
  • Degree in electronics, automotive, mechanical, or other engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive field working on related topics.
  • Previous knowledge on engines and automotive technology.
  • Previous knowledge on Engine Management Systems.
  • Previous knowledge on high voltage systems and software is a plus.
  • Very good English level (written/spoken).
  • Spanish/French is a plus.
  • Driving license.
