Project Manager Biotecnologia

El Project Manager Biotecnologia serà la persona que supervisarà i liderarà l'execució de projectes biotecnològics per a laboratori i processos d'industrialització en qualitat de disseny, procés i gestió dels equips que componen el projecte.

Tasques Principals
  • Interpretació de P&IDi;
  • Seguiment de l'evolució;
  • Disseny i elaboració de documentació tècnica;
  • Verificar disseny mecànic i electrònic segons URS;
  • Comunicació amb el client i taller;
Tasques Secundàries
  • Especificacions bàsiques d'equips;
  • Interpretar els requisits de client, identificar i abordar els paràmetres de disseny i els problemes d'enginyeria, i garantir que s'implementin les solucions;
  • Avaluar, organitzar i prioritzar el treball en el cronograma general de projecte;
  • Enllaç i gestió de contractistes externs per a garantir que tot l'equip sigui adequat per al seu propòsit;
  • Elaboració de requisits d'oferta i tabulació d'oferta;
  • Realitzar estimacions i control de costos;
  • Realització de proves de verificació finals i emplenar la documentació de qualitat;
  • Assistència en FAT/SAT dels equips;
Requisits
  • Formació en Grau en enginyeria química o biotecnologia;
  • Coneixements de la indústria de biotecnologia;
  • Bioquímica;
  • 2 anys d'experiència en execució de projectes i fabricació de procés d'industrialització biotecnològics;
  • Coneixements tècnics: Normativa ASME BPE, coneixements de sensors i processos amb certificació FDA, coneixements de normativa GMP, Microsoft Project;
