Software Project Leader

AVL Iberica is seeking a highly skilled Software Project Leader to join our team in Valladolid, Spain. As a key member of our calibration team, you will be responsible for leading the development and production phase of hybrid vehicles.
Responsibilities:- Pilot the quality, cost, and timing of the engine management software, ensuring timely delivery of software revisions to specific milestones.
- Manage the activities of implementation of new functions by the supplier, controlling costs and ensuring deliverables meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Degree in electronics, automotive, mechanical, or other engineering fields.
- 2+ years of experience in the automotive field, with a focus on related topics.
- Strong knowledge of engines, automotive technology, and engine management systems.
- Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
- Spanish and French language skills are a plus.
- Driving license.
