We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Travel Consultant to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business customers, ensuring their travel needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert travel advice and support to business customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Make new flight reservations and modify existing bookings in Amadeus, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with travel regulations and policies, providing customers with accurate information and guidance.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by treating each interaction with respect and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information about support options and solutions.
  • Meet performance targets and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Native-level Norwegian and good English language skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, with a strong background in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Amadeus and ticketing skills.
  • Professional attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Dynamic and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • EU Citizenship or valid work permit for Spain.
