Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Onboarding Cluster Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a Sales Onboarding Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and analyzing the efficiency of business processes, with a focus on improvement and innovation. You will manage different markets and coordinate the daily activities of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Analyze and present performance and forecast figures to stakeholders, designing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Business Development: Design and implement hiring and expansion strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage different stakeholders, including team members, customers, and partners.
  • Operational Efficiency: Work with the Head of Business (HOB) to lead the operational efficiency of the business, exploring ways to improve processes and increase productivity.
  • Team Development: Monitor the performance and development of operational teams, providing guidance and coaching to ensure targets and KPIs are met.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Team Manager or similar role, preferably in sales environments.
  • Consistent QoQ winning attitude, strong people orientation, and structured strategy.
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent level of English.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment.
