Sustainability Responsibilities
The Sustainability and Integrity Specialist:
- collaborates with the Siegfried Sustainability Organization to prepare and execute initiatives focused on Sustainability.
- participates as a member of the Siegfried Sustainability Office, actively aiding in the management of company-wide sustainability projects such as EcoVadis and S&P Global.
- engages with various stakeholders in the sustainability sector, particularly concerning assessments by rating agencies and supplier due diligence inquiries from clients and investors.
- oversees the establishment, management, and upkeep of a global sustainability database for the Siegfried group.
- assists in the implementation and oversight of a global supplier due diligence framework (supply chain integrity).
Integrity & Ethics Responsibilities
The Sustainability and Integrity Specialist supports the Integrity Office, particularly in the following areas:
- managing administrative processes related to integrity incidents and investigations within the Siegfried Integrity Office;
- drafting and executing regulations, guidelines, instructions, and other internal and external communications regarding Integrity & Ethics;
- organizing and conducting electronic, virtual, and in-person training sessions for Siegfried corporate functions and sites globally on Integrity & Ethics matters;
- leading projects related to personal data protection regulations and information security.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role within a consulting firm or industrial organization.
- Degree in administration or commerce.
- Proficient in all major IT applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one additional language relevant to local Siegfried sites (German, Spanish, or French).
- Openness to working in a global context, across different languages and time zones.
- Exceptional networking and communication abilities.
- Strong skills in time management, prioritization, and organization.
- High levels of responsiveness, reliability, and integrity.
- A solution-oriented approach to work.
