Job Overview:

Rider Levett Bucknall is seeking an experienced MEP Cost Manager to join our client-focused team. This is an exciting opportunity to join and strengthen RLB's MEP Cost Management offering while working in a supportive environment, on interesting projects while progressing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves opportunities to work across principally Data Centre projects, focusing on the MEP aspects of Cost Management. The role also offers a platform to develop and opportunities to progress while working alongside a diverse and impressive team. It involves opportunities to travel, as RLB is currently working in various European countries for various clients.

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Electrical Engineering or similar technical discipline. Some Mechanical and Electrical (ME) Cost Management experience within the Data Centre sector. Good understanding of how to read Mechanical or Electrical designs, schematics, and specifications. Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery. Able to build long-term relationships. Previously employed by a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organization. Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts. A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritizing workloads and delivering deadlines.
