Position Overview

Elevate your professional journey with Amaris Consulting as a Python Software Developer. In this role, you will be tasked with the development, implementation, and maintenance of sophisticated data solutions, ensuring the seamless operation and ongoing enhancement of our software applications. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Python programming.
  • Strong proficiency in data processing and management utilizing Apache Spark.
  • Experience in the maintenance and enhancement of software applications.
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and sustain applications using Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Design and construct efficient, scalable data pipelines with Apache Spark.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance and maintain software applications.
  • Implement best practices for data management and storage.
  • Identify and resolve issues in existing applications, continuously improving them.
  • Communicate effectively with international teams in English.
