**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Insights Expert to join our team at Haleon in Madrid, Spain. As a key business partner, you will be responsible for leveraging the power of combined Insight and Analytics data to accelerate business performance through identified consumer, shopper, and expert-led opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and deliver the annual Insights & Analytics learning plan to drive in-market strategy and activation.
  • Conduct market research studies compliantly with Haleon standards.
  • Manage agencies and lead Marketing Mix Modelling projects in coordination with CBIA functional champions.
  • Identify future growth opportunities through landscape and trend analysis.
  • Partner in annual brand plan work to ensure local context and insights are properly captured.
  • Craft cross-categories/company-level/portfolio analysis to provide insights on competitor strategies.
  • Feed shopper-centric category excellence approaches across mass market and pharmacy channels.
  • Partner with lead insight agencies to leverage best-in-class research tools and techniques.
  • Foster commercial teams to maximize utilization of existing sources and champion whole-brain thinking.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Business partner experience in similar roles, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods / Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare.
  • Bachelor's in Marketing Management / Business Management / Management Economics.
  • Master's in social sciences or statistics is a plus.
  • Core Skills:
    • Technical expertise across analytics and market research.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and formulate recommendations.
    • Strong teamwork and passion to work across boundaries.
    • Strong customer dedication and internal stakeholder management.
    • Action-oriented and results-driven.
    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
    • Excellent Spanish proficiency and very good English proficiency.
    • Very good knowledge of the Spanish Consumer.
