About the Role

**Data Analyst - Renewable Energy**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic Data Insights team at Empresa Reconocida. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business value through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data use cases that drive business value, leveraging our existing data products.
  • Enable business counterparts to understand, interact with, and leverage data effectively.
  • Cultivate a data-driven culture by developing and providing training materials to non-technical staff.
  • Enhance collaboration within the data department to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Act as a strong advocate and change agent for data-driven mindset and self-service analytics across the organization.
  • Provide data analytics consulting, translating business demands into data insights.
  • Drive change management initiatives, promoting the adoption and understanding of data analytics across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience and thought leadership in data analysis and data visualization.
  • Understanding of Cloud Integration and services.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, DataBricks, Azure, Python, R).
  • Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts.
  • Ability to translate business needs into data analysis projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and an advocate for a data-driven mindset, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience in change management or consulting, with a proven track record of driving organizational change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
