Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Webhelp Spain. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Native or proficient in Danish and fluent in English
