Senior Project Manager Mergers and Acquisitions

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager Mergers and Acquisitions to join our team at Nestlé Sa. As a key member of our IT HR product organization, you will be responsible for designing and sustaining the IT HR methodology to run mergers and acquisitions activities for the HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- Sustaining and amending existing methodology to support business reality
- Animating an extended product team which is accountable for regional/local delivery
- Managing corporate stakeholders (HR, M&A and IT M&A) via dedicated governance sessions
- Evolving IT HR light and H2R strategies by considering new ways of working
- Acting as a main IT HR point of contact for key M&A priorities
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, business administration or related field in the HR area, or equivalent work experience
- 5 - 8 years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs
- Demonstrated experience in managing 'upward' among senior leadership
- Experience in effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
- Project Management certification (Prince2 or PMP) being an asset
