About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Caresphere Academy Manager to join our Iberia team near Barcelona. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving thought leadership, effectiveness, and value in our digital training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position Sysmex as a thought leader in Iberia, particularly in Haematology, through unified and standardized digital training.
  • Decouple training efficiency and quality from Application Specialist capabilities.
  • Make the value of training visible through commercialization or valuation.
  • Lead educational efforts and thought leadership to generate additional leads.
  • Cross-sell to other business lines through increased contact rates using digital trainings.
  • Build a strong community of clients and KOLs through Carepshere Academy webinars, increasing customer retention.
  • Use data and feedback from digital trainings and webinars to gain valuable insights.
  • Develop the customer base in Haematology in Spain through the deployment of the Caresphere Academy.
  • Ease lab accreditation by managing all trainings using the platform.
  • Lift synergies by driving digital trainings within EMEA South&West and combining efforts between France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
  • Positively reflect on our branding and differentiate ourselves from competitors.
Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong relationship builder and stakeholder management skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills (ideally multi-language: FR, EN, ES, IT, PT).
  • Community creation and management skills.
