About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to join our team at Promote Project. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to user behavior, vehicle utilization, market trends, and operational performance.
    • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Business Intelligence tools.
    • Deep dive into customer service metrics to inform on strategy for owner and driver retention.
    • Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with business owners including Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance to understand and identify key business questions, challenges, and KPIs.
    • Passionate about producing high-quality analytics deliverables and communicating recommendations effectively to a broad audience.
  • Data Governance & Quality:
    • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks that ensure the quality, consistency, and security of data across all Business Intelligence solutions.
    • Conduct regular data audits and implement corrective measures to uphold data integrity.
    • Champion best practices in data management and Business Intelligence tool usage within the organization.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead end-to-end Business Intelligence projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Document methodologies, workflows, and outcomes to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a related role, preferably within a tech-driven or mobility-focused company.
  • Expertise in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar; strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and familiarity with cloud-based data platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with any part of our data stack.
  • Supported teams that work on quick release and testing cycles.
  • Worked with GitHub or another version control system before.
  • Experience with another programming language, such as Python or R.
