Saúya Ltd busca un Talent Acquisition Specialist para unirse a nuestro equipo en expansión. La empresa está buscando conectar ingenieros talentosos entre Egipto con oportunidades laborales emocionantes en el Reino Unido.

Responsabilidades
  • Identificar y contactar a ingenieros en Egipto a través de plataformas de reclutamiento.
  • Desarrollar estrategias de reclutamiento para atraer a los mejores candidatos.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de recursos humanos para identificar y desarrollar talentos.
Requisitos
  • Perfecto inglés hablado y escrito.
  • Flexibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes de 9 am a 5 pm, con disposición para realizar horas extras si es necesario.
  • Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender.
  • Noción básica de plataformas de reclutamiento.
