Service Desk Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. As a key member of our international project, you will provide technical support and IT solutions to Portuguese-speaking users facing computer-related issues.

Requirements:
  • High level of Portuguese proficiency
