Service Desk Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk professional to join our team in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. As a key member of our international project, you will provide technical support and IT solutions to Portuguese-speaking users facing computer-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality technical support to users in Portuguese and English
  • Develop and maintain a professional and multilingual work environment
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High level of Portuguese proficiency
  • Fluency in English
