We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Golf to join our team at the Confederation of Professional Golf (CPG). As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading our golf operations and ensuring the highest level of service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the golf operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of golf course maintenance and management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and membership growth, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our golf facilities and services to attract new members and visitors.
  • Work closely with our events team to deliver high-quality golf tournaments and events, ensuring a positive experience for all participants and spectators.
  • Manage the budget and resources for golf operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and achieving financial targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Professional or Director of Golf in a busy golf club or resort.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, guests, and staff.
  • Knowledge of golf operations, including course maintenance, management, and marketing.
