- Fuse mixtures in a high-temperature furnace to extract precious metals, including gold.
- Perform cupellation and prilling daily to collect and prepare metal samples.
- Conduct thorough inspections of samples, fusion pots, lead buttons, and prills before laboratory testing.
- Record any anomalies to ensure the accuracy and quality of the assay process.
- Adhere strictly to fire assay safety procedures, proactively identifying and addressing potential safety issues.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of the assay process.
- Clear communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to perform procedures promptly and accurately.
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.

What We Offer- A competitive hourly rate of $33.53, with shift allowances of 15% for the afternoon shift and 20% for the night shift.
