Bird is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive - ISV Partnership Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Partnership Development and Ownership: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with ISV partners to create strategic alliances that drive new revenue streams.
- Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with both Bird's business goals and the needs of ISVs.
- Build and Maintain a Pipeline of Potential ISV Partners: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential ISV partners, focusing on those that can drive high-impact results for both organizations.
- End-to-End Sales Process for ISVs: Own the sales process from lead generation through to closing, ensuring the successful onboarding of ISV partners.
- Quota Achievement and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed your assigned quota by driving high-value partnerships with ISVs that contribute to long-term revenue growth.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on partnerships or alliances with ISVs or technology platforms.
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships, ideally within the SaaS or CRM industry.
- Strong understanding of ISV ecosystems and the value they can bring to a CRM platform like Bird.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and deliver long-term value through partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
