About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dutch-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our clients develop their first online advertising campaigns and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Serve as a trusted consultant with clients to onboard and develop PPC campaigns, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Campaign Development: Be responsible for increasing spend, upsell, and sustainability, handling a high volume of potential clients through phone calls.
  • Account Management: Detect and understand customer needs, increasing spend, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising.
  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
  • Good time management skills and ability to organize their own day.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Client-focused, keen interest in customer interaction & ownership of business goals.
  • A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Native level of Dutch.
  • High level of English.
What We Offer
  • Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday).
  • Salary: 23,876€ gross/year + up to 3,408€ gross/year in bonus.
  • Long Term Contract.
  • Relocation package: flight ticket, taxi to the airport, taxi from the airport in Spain to your new accommodation, accommodation in a residence with Gym, swimming pool, cafeteria, support with a private Health Insurance.
