Job Description

At H&M Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our Customer Service team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
