Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales professional who leverages data-driven insights to enhance decision-making while emphasizing both efficiency and growth. This position is centered around expanding business opportunities to optimize the revenue potential of RateGain's suite of SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the market entry strategy for the Benelux and Nordics regions. Target individual hotels or small hotel groups with fewer than 20 properties. Generate leads through consistent outreach via cold calls, social media engagement, industry networking, and various online platforms. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure continuous engagement. Identify, cultivate, and finalize sales opportunities for RateGain's SaaS solutions within the hospitality sector, with a focus on digital marketing. Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives. Conduct market visits for in-person meetings and product demonstrations, and participate in relevant events and trade shows. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless onboarding and transition for newly acquired clients. Support the market lead in marketing initiatives, including B2B marketing, webinars, trade show participation, and lead generation efforts. Required Competencies Proven experience in technology sales, particularly within the SaaS travel industry. Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage. A well-established network of contacts within the hotel industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of the Benelux and Nordics hotel market, including key players, influencers, and associations. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, focusing on cold calling and acquiring new clients. Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets. Experience in managing new business, upselling, and renewal sales channels. A strong affinity for technology sales, with the ability to articulate the business value of technical solutions. Proven track record in delivering professional services and projects to clients. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for driving revenue and growth. Deep understanding of value drivers in subscription-based business models. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. Capability to function as a key member of the sales management and leadership teams. Self-driven, innovative thinker, diligent worker, and a person of high integrity.
