We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team at SD Worx Belgium. As a key member of our Cloud Business Line, you will be responsible for delivering medium to large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Innovative Solutions: Design and configure robust and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Guide Clients on Best Practices: Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and innovations, ensuring clients are up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and aware of other HR technologies.
- Facilitate Client Engagement: Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality, ensuring seamless implementations.
- Develop and Deliver Training: Design and deliver workshop and training sessions for client key users, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and application maintenance.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional results.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in SuccessFactors implementations, HR processes, and client-facing skills. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- At least one end-to-end implementation experience in Employee Central, Time Management, and/or Recruiting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
- Good understanding of HR processes and high-level English language skills.
- Autonomy, self-management, and a willingness to challenge processes and yourself to continuously improve.
