Data Center Operations Technician

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Operations Technician to join our team at Amazon. As a technical resource, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability and reliability of our mission-critical Data Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment within the Data Center.
  • Maintain and monitor Data Center systems, including incidents, events, and problem escalation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, voice/data, chiller systems, and generators.
  • Provide assistance to contractors and data center engineers to ensure proper operation and maintenance of facility equipment.
  • Perform site walkthroughs to verify proper operation of Facility Equipment and Monitoring Systems.
Requirements:
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience in data center engineering (preferred)
