Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Specialist to join our team at Mygwork. As a key member of our Data Center Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our data center facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment within the data center/facility.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, voice/data, chiller systems, and generators.
  • Provide assistance to contractors or data center engineers to ensure proper operation and maintenance of all facility equipment.
  • Perform site walkthroughs to verify proper operation of Facility Equipment and Monitoring Systems.
  • Act as a Facilities First Responder to critical events and support new data center facilities and existing data center facilities.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent diploma.
  • Experience in data center engineering is preferred.
