About the Role

CRAIG TEST is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  4. Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customers
  5. Identify and escalate critical issues to senior support team members
  6. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  4. Knowledge of technical concepts and terminology
  5. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
