About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Graduate Program. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in talent acquisition and recruiting, working closely with our hiring teams and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Candidate Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates and recommending ideas and strategies related to the recruitment of talent

As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact between the talent acquisition team and the operations team
  • Facilitating regular communication, collaboration, and alignment between the two teams
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting recruitment and operations data to identify trends and areas for improvement

As a Full Lifecycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding for assigned roles and teams
  • Leveraging various sourcing strategies to identify and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand position requirements and provide strategic guidance on optimal candidate profiles and interview processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Economics, or a similar field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
  • Business Fluency (C1+) in English and French
