Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, managing customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fit within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the talent acquisition team and the operations team.
- Facilitate regular communication, collaboration, and alignment between the two teams.
- Understand the strategic priorities and challenges of both teams and translate them to ensure effective coordination.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment and operations data to identify trends, highlight successes, and uncover areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance metrics and inform decision-making.
- Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding for assigned roles and teams, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Leverage various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach, to identify and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand position requirements, culture fit, and team dynamics, and provide strategic guidance on optimal candidate profiles and interview processes.
- Analyze recruiting metrics, identify trends and bottlenecks, and implement data-driven process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting function.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Economics, or a similar field.
- Communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
- Business Fluency (C1+) in English and French.
- Fluency in German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Czech, or Slovak.
- Previous working experience is not required for this role.
