Alstom, a leading global player in the transport industry, is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineering Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our tramway systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Propose and implement maintenance optimization strategies to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Provide technical design modifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead Engineering Technical Issues meetings and follow up on action items.
- Prepare and attend contractual failure meetings.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test procedures, and maintenance instructions.
- Review and update maintenance, reliability, and overhaul documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a technical expert and develop expertise in the selected field.
- Propose and define the insertion of technology, such as HealthHub, to improve system performance.
- Develop local repair capabilities in Barcelona, focusing on electronic repair and maintenance.
- Justify inspection periodicity and specify materials and tools.
- Arrange and carry out validation of tasks and product/process audits.
- Support the production of preventive, corrective, and overhaul life cycle costs (LCC) and optimization.
