Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent/Bellboy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with the hotel and its services.
  • Maintain good communication with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth operation of the hotel and the well-being of guests.
  • Ensure that energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.

Requirements

  • Open-minded and EU citizenship.
  • Highly oriented to customer and results.
  • Speak Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in 5-star/luxury hotels.
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
  • Dynamic and innovative.
