Ria Money Transfer, a leading fintech company, is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join its Neobank team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of online financial services.

We're looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Product Manager who can drive growth and adoption of our customer base. If you have a passion for fintech and a proven track record of delivering successful products, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
  • You have 5 or more years of experience working in a product position for a software company, preferably in the fintech or neobank space.
  • You're highly skilled in one of the following areas: Data Analytics, User Experience Design, or Web Development.
  • You are resourceful and able to roll up your sleeves to set up automations, play with code, or create mockups.
  • You're curious about what drives user behavior and have a solid understanding of decision-making processes.
  • You're an inquisitive and critical thinker who can articulate the 'why' behind product decisions and leverage data to gain buy-in from stakeholders.
  • You have a strong understanding of what makes a good product and can wear multiple hats to drive product success.
  • You have experience with tools like Branch, Segment, Amplitude, Iterable, and can distinguish good user experiences.
  • You understand how to track user behavior, including event tracking, structuring, and taxonomies.
