About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Manager to join our Portfolio team. As a key member of our Customer Engagement team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to customers to ensure their continued success with our solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or compliance technology environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and compliance regulations, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
