About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Manager - Digital to join our team at EQS Group. As a key member of our Customer Engagement Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through digital interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages, webinars, white papers, and other content assets that align with customer needs and interests.
  • Define and optimize the online customer experience for support, product information, and success resources.
  • Plan and execute customer journey maps to optimize customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with the events team to plan and execute virtual events, webinars, and other online initiatives to engage customers.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive growth and maximize customer value.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in planning and executing digital after-sales customer experiences, preferably in the B2B and/or SaaS space.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer experience optimization.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools, such as HubSpot, MS Dynamics, or Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to measure and analyze campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and databases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work on a C1 level in English and German. Additional major European languages a plus.
