Job Purpose:

The Contract Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the company's contractual posture is protected, customer requirements are met, and TD SYNNEX's policies are adhered to. This involves overseeing the review and approval of all contractual documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for contractual support for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Uses negotiation skills to direct and control contract negotiations, ensuring established milestones and objectives are met.
  • Maintains effective knowledge of company products and service offerings.
  • Maintains client focus, balancing business needs for profitability with contractual terms and conditions that protect the company and minimize risk.
  • Supports TD SYNNEX's Legal department systems and tools, encouraging their use throughout the organization.
  • Understands the roles and responsibilities of relevant company employees to draw upon expertise and achieve business objectives.
  • Provides input into the development and maintenance of standard contract templates and pre-approved alternative language.
  • Participates in cross-regional/global negotiations and collaborates with local management teams, global legal services teams, and outside legal counsel.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in commercial/corporate/contract law, with an emphasis on commercial buy/sell transactions.
  • Preference for in-house experience handling complex contractual review and negotiation matters.
  • Advanced level of German and English.
  • Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment, under stress and pressure, and build solid working relationships with others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate legal research information clearly and concisely.
