Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Allen Recruitment Consulting. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety on our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage health and safety services on construction projects
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
  • Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with project teams to promote a strong safety culture
  • Provide health and safety training and guidance to site personnel
  • Prepare and maintain health and safety documentation and reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in health and safety management or oversight roles
  • Extensive experience in the construction industry, with a preference for candidates who have worked primarily in this sector
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Communicative level of Spanish
  • Suitable soft skills for a client-side role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
