About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrative professional to join our team at Grupo Cosentino. As a Sales Support Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales and Operations departments with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage purchase orders, sales transactions, and customer records with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify customer information and payment details, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Communicate with customers via phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Support the sales department with administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and filing.
  • Collaborate with the Administrative team to maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus professional training or certification in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced sales or administrative environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer fundamentals, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
  • Experience with SAP or other CRM systems is a plus.
