About the Role
Mygwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the LGBTQ+ business community, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to support our European Data Center infrastructure growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive the implementation and deployment of data center expansion projects to meet the demands of our rapidly growing business.
- Develop and manage delivery programs to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of data center projects.
- Partner with various stakeholder teams, including Real Estate, Energy, Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, and Operations, to identify risks and resolve issues.
- Manage interface between internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain overall delivery program and project budget, submitting Capital Allocation Requests to secure finance for project delivery.
- Support continuous process improvement through leading workflow updates, documenting and implementing lessons learned, and sharing knowledge across delivery teams.
- Regularly report to senior leadership on status of key project metrics.
Requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote teams.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within EMEA.
- Experience in managing large, complex projects and breaking them down into manageable pieces.
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure and cloud computing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
