Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Oil and Gas Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage complex contract and modernization projects on installed base customer sites in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will interact with and manage all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, including cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including C-level executives
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with international projects
  • Manage contractual aspects with customers, including negotiation and agreement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the development of project management best practices and processes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Strong leadership and business acumen skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including intercultural communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
