About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Analytics Trainee EMEA to join our dynamic and international eCommerce team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data related to digital sales, performance marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and website traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data from various sources, including Amazon Advertising and Digital Shelf Monitoring tools, to identify growth areas and develop strategies to enhance visibility and conversion.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide insights to the eCommerce Team and other stakeholders.
- Support the development of hypotheses and execution of A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing performance.
- Assist in the execution, monitoring, and optimization of eCommerce marketing campaigns to ensure maximized visibility and ROI.
- Work cross-functionally with key supporting functions, including Data Analytics, Local/Integrated Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Requirements
- A first successful experience in reporting and data analysis, using tools like Excel or PowerBI and languages such as SQL, VBA or Python.
- A Fluent level of English (C1).
- Any additional European language will be advantageous.
- Ideally a Master's degree (currently enrolled or graduated from) in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- An analytical approach and skills to interpret data from a wide range of sources and provide actionable insights.
- A methodical and structured approach to optimization and problem-solving, as well as knowledge of the digital customer journey and Paid Search/Display Ads is preferred.
- A business orientation: understanding of market dynamics and a commercial mindset.
- An interest in the execution of marketing plans, e.g., asset creation for marketing campaigns.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary and a full package of benefits for full-time employees that can be tailored to individual needs. The anticipated pay range for this job has a range of 900€ / month. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
