Senior CRM Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CRM Analyst to join our dynamic team at WPT Global Mexico. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, a deep understanding of customer relationship management strategies, and a passion for driving customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Developing and maintaining CRM dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns.
  • Segmenting customer databases to target specific customer groups with personalized offers and communications.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Mapping and optimizing the customer journey across all touchpoints to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across CRM systems.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM Analyst role, preferably within the online gaming or digital entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
