**Your Mission**

As a Project Engineering Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver the contractually agreed scope safely, on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer. You will also be responsible for managing changes related to the engineering area.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and support the multidisciplinary engineering team covering the basic design and detailed design of all disciplines/sub-packages required.
  • Manage budget and project engineering scope as defined by the contract award, liaising with reference institutions, customers, subcontractors, etc.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of resources in each project team and report periodically on the progress of projects managed.
  • Support new business by providing experience to the Business Development team and participate in and propose R&D projects in your field of competence.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in engineering management in Offshore Wind/O&G engineering or shipbuilding.
  • English level C1.
  • Knowledge of Project Management software tools such as MS Project.
  • Master's Degree in a relevant discipline such as Civil; Offshore or Marine Engineering. (Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an advantage).
  • Ability to read, follow, and interpret contract requirements and engineering documentation.
  • Proficiency in scheduling multiple workflows in medium and large engineering projects.
  • Profound industry knowledge and understanding of design and engineering, project economics, interfaces, risks, and commercial aspects of offshore wind farm development.
