Job Summary

Energy Jobline is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our fabrication and assembly team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing site issues, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring the successful delivery of our offshore wind farm projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage site issues on a daily basis with contractors, ensuring safety, technical, quality, planning, and progress are met.
  • Oversee the day-to-day business of two contractors for jacket and topside assembly works, preparing works and managing site teams.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all matters, providing strong communication skills and a focus on safety and planning.
  • Manage a site team of 10+ inspectors, site administrators, and site planners.
  • Flag early warnings to project management, keeping records of activities and contractor delays.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to ensure continuous communication between the client and service provider.

Requirements

  • Seniority: Between 15 and 30 years' experience, with a minimum of 5 years in offshore wind farm serial fabrication environments.
  • Experience with offshore wind farm/O&G serial jacket assembly is mandatory.
