Aventa Group is seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site issues, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Management: Oversee the daily management of the construction site, including the coordination of contractors and the management of site issues.
- Contractor Management: Manage the day-to-day business of contractors, including the preparation of works and the management of site teams.
- Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for all matters related to the construction site.
- Safety and Planning: Ensure a strong focus on safety and planning, including the management of site teams and the coordination of activities.
- Project Coordination: Flag early warnings to project management and keep records of activities on a daily basis.
- Seniority: Between 15 and 30 years' experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in OWF serial fabrication environment.
- Experience: Mandatory experience with OWF/O&G serial jacket assembly.
- Meetings and Workshops: Participate in regular meetings and workshops to ensure continuous communication between the Client and the Service Provider.
- Coordination Meetings: Attend monthly coordination meetings to measure performance, review upcoming needs, and discuss challenges and lessons learned.
- Ad-hoc Meetings: Participate in ad-hoc meetings and workshops as required.
