About the RoleWe're looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, managing, and executing user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels. You'll work closely with our Product, Design, Data Science, Engineering, and Growth teams to develop and optimize campaigns that drive results.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels, including Facebook, Google, Paid Social, Search, Display, and Ad Networks.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and learnings from A/B tests.
- Participate in full-cycle creative production and provide data-driven decisions on creative development.
- Ensure proper tracking, analysis, and reporting, as well as contributing to automation of campaign management.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels.
- 2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing in a high-growth startup environment.
- In-depth knowledge of performance campaign execution, including Google and Facebook ecosystem, programmatic platforms, ad networks, Affiliate networks, and SEO.
- Strong understanding of digital data analytics and ability to break down complex problems into smaller ones.
