About The Role: We're seeking a Financial Operations Analyst with a structured mind, initiative, and commitment to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing accounts payable and banks, accounts receivable and collections, establishing internal control processes, collaborating in external audits, and supporting the operations team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage accounts payable and banks, including bookkeeping, payments, and cash control.
  2. Manage accounts receivable and collections, including reconciliation of payments.
  3. Establish internal control processes to ensure data quality.
  4. Collaborate in external audits.
  5. Balance and P&L reconciliation.
  6. Contact and support external service providers and internal functions.
  7. Conduct new strategic initiatives end-to-end.
  8. Assess potential partnerships.
  9. Support the operations team.
  10. Participate in the evaluation and redesign of processes of the finance department.

Requirements:

  1. You have a degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business with 1-2 years of experience.
  2. You have proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, and/or business administration, with Big4 experience being a plus.
  3. You're data-driven, making decisions backed by data.
  4. You're process-driven, establishing efficient processes that contribute to our goals.
  5. You're passionate about technology, startups, and finance.
